HSCL - EMERGENCY PLAYER REGISTRATION
Emergency Registration is used when it has not been possible to register a player in advance with the Herts Senior County League. This is not required for all other Owens FC competitions.

The Emergency Registration Form must be signed in ink on a match day prior to playing which is countersigned by an Officer of the Club and witnessed by an Officer of the opposing Club and submitted to HSCL within two days (excluding Sundays) subsequent to the match. The player shall not be eligible to play in further matches until registration is approved by HSCL.

A maximum of 3 players may be registered in this manner for the entire club during the season.
